Coach Jewels is a Mastery Method Certified Coach as well as a yoga and wellness mentor. She blends various modalities in her 1:1 & group coaching – somatics, emotional release, meditation, breathwork, movement and mindset work. Jewels is gifted in connecting her clients to their body and their emotions to restore their power within. She also holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Change and Leadership. She’s been a creative entrepreneur for 20 years.
